Your Summer of Sport

There's some unbelievable sport for the viewing pleasure of your punters this summer. Here are some of the highlights...

Football

England vs France - International Football - 14th June

England seek to find their best squad for the World Cup in Russia and there aren’t many better tests in World football than a trip to Paris to play the French.

With a shaky performance against Scotland, Harry Kane will look to lead a side that needs to prove themselves.

A special mention must be made to the England under 20 squad, who won England's first World Cup since 1966. The future of football in Blighty certainly looks bright!

Rugby

Lions Tour - 24th June - 8th July (1st Test 24th June, 2nd Test 1st July & 3rd Test 8th July)

The Lions have made a stuttering start to the tour having, won two out of their three warm-up games.

They showed steel against the fierce Crusaders to grind out a great win. Can they carry the momentum through?

All games kick-off before 9 am. Why not open early and get a breakfast deal on to entice your local rugby fans.

Tennis

Wimbledon - 3rd-16th July

It’s that time of year again. For the briefest of windows, England sees some spells of sunshine, lashing of Pimms and strawberries and cream and we are graced with the world’s best tennis players grunting their way around Wimbledon’s courts.

Andy Murray looks to retain his Wimbledon title. He has started to show some of the form that catapulted him to world number one. Nadal is playing fierce tennis, having captured the French open and Roger Federer can never be overlooked on grass. It will make for great viewing.

If you can get it on outdoors, make sure you people know about it!

Here's a look back on that magical win in 2013...

Formula One

British Grand Prix - 16th July

The British Grand Prix has delivered some great races over the years. Amazingly, Lewis Hamilton has won the last three at Silverstone on the bounce and would love to make it four and keep the pressure on Sebastian Vettel.

Both the qualifying and race air over the weekend, keeping fans glued to the box for over 3 hours. Reward your customers for their loyalty by introducing a reward for checking into both races.

Cricket

England v South Africa Test - June, July and August

England are putting on a strong showing in the ICC Champions Trophy, having successfully knocked out the Aussies and qualified with a game to spare.

We head into a great summer of cricket, with the highlight being the test series facing South Africa. We’re sure to be promised some great cricket, classic punditry and a bunch of blokes just about sober enough to televised.

These tests run over three days so be sure to advertise early and push on social media.

Have a great summer of sport
